The option first displays the most relevant candidates – those whose resumes most closely match the requirements from the job posting. However, this does not necessarily mean they are the best candidates for the position. The system cannot recognize ‘soft’ skills from the CV alone, and it’s important to keep in mind that the ranking is done by an algorithm, which means your assessment may differ from what the system identifies as most relevant. Nevertheless, the system will consistently display the most relevant resumes at the top, so you should not encounter applications that do not match the conditions stated in the ad.
