How accurate is the system?

The system has relatively high accuracy, but keep in mind that these operations are performed by artificial intelligence models and the evaluation by a human and an algorithm may differ. Therefore, it may happen that a certain candidate who would be interesting to you (for some reason) is not among the top-ranked applicants, or that the system says their experience is not relevant. For example: your employees who graduated from a certain university (unrelated to the position you’re hiring for) or come from a completely different industry have proven to be excellent employees. The algorithm cannot recognize this.

The system is intended to assist with reviewing applications and is by no means a replacement for decision-making by HR managers. We advise you to always review all applications to ensure you don’t miss out on good candidates.
