Some of my applications weren’t processed (no summary, no ranking) – what could be the issue?

Some possible reasons:

  • Recently received application, it still needs to be processed.
  • The system is processing many resumes at the moment and some are still in queue.
  • System updates or maintenance is ongoing.
  • Ranking service is not active for that job ad and/or the subscription has expired.

If certain resumes remain unprocessed for several hours, during work hours, contact us so we can investigate. If there’s a technical issue on our side and the service is temporarily unavailable, we’ll try to post a timely notice on the site.
