1. Data security

   When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted over a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, as currently the most advanced cryptographic technology. Data security during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, so the entire payment process is performed on the bank's pages. At no time is the payment card data available to our system.

2. Data privacy

   For every online purchase through the Internet safety measures and reasonable precautions are applied to prevent the loss, misuse and unauthorized access to your personal information under our control. In the name of the site Poslovi.infostud.com and Infostud rešenja d.o.o group, we are committed to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary, basic information about customers / users and data necessary for business users and information in accordance with good business practices and to provide quality services. All data about users / buyers are strictly confidential and available only to employees who need such information to perform their duties. All the company staff Infostud rešenja d.o.o / Poslovi.infostud.com site (and business partners) is responsible for complying with the principles of privacy protection.

3. Method of protecting data during transactions

   Card payments are carried out in a protected bank server, so none of the Infostud rešenja d.o.o. or Poslovi.infostud.com website employees have any access to credit card data, which is used for payment. The safety aspects in online transactions are essential to the success of Internet commerce, and special attention is dedicated to the safety which is reflected in:

   1. The implemented 3D secure technology standardized by the leading card systems Visa and Mastercard (Verified by Visa, Mastercard Secure Code).
   2. Use of PKI, digital certificates and SSL protocols for protected transfer of sensitive payment card data between the credit card user and the Bank.
   3. By entering your payment card details (card number, card expiration date, etc...) on the processor of credit cards website, Banka Intesa AD Beograd, to which the user is directed in the credit card purchase process, so website Poslovi.infostud.com has no access to this data.
4. Returns/complaints and refunds

   In case of returning goods and issuing a refund to a customer who has previously paid with a payment card, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, Poslovi.infostud.com is obliged to issue the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex, and Dina payment methods. This means that the bank will, at the seller's request, refund the funds to the cardholder's account.

5. Conversion statement:

   All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

6. Service provision:

   After successful payment by credit card, the ordered digital service will be activated and delivered in accordance with the terms specified for that particular service. A confirmation of successful purchase and details about the service will be sent to the buyer's email address.

   All ads ordered via form for ads ordering (on Poslovi.infostud.com) form to 3pm will be published on the Poslovi.infostud.com website on the same day (unless otherwise agreed with the client, or if there are objective reasons: for example, the ad content is not in accordance with the conditions of use, the customer has outstanding debts of previous ads, etc...) for not publishing ad.

   Ads arriving on Saturday and Sunday are published on Monday. Way of publishing ads is in accordance with the company's working hours (Monday through Friday, from 8am to 4pm).

   If the ordered service is not in accordance with the technical requirements of the customer, in terms of technical possibilities in ordered services, the buyer has the right to complain by phone: +381 24 41-55-615 or by mail poslovi@infostud.com. The supplier has a duty to respond to the complaint within 48 hours during working hours of services supplier.
