How many resumes are needed for the automatic ranking option to activate?

The tool can rank from two to an unlimited number of resumes. The ranking option is especially useful if you’re posting multiple ads at once or ads receiving at least 30–50 applications. Its usefulness increases significantly with 100–500 or more applications.

If the option is activated when ordering the ad, ranking starts from the second received application. However, noticeable improvements in candidate quality appear as the number of applications increases. A suggested minimum is 30 resumes, depending on the role.
