  1. Data security

    When entering payment card details, all confidential information are transmitted through the public network in a protected (encrypted) form, using SSL and PKI, as most advanced safety technology.

    Data security is guaranteed by payment card processor, Banca Intesa Belgrade, so the entire payment process is performed on the bank's website. Credit card data is not available to our system nor to web site or Infostud 3 d.o.o.

  2. Data privacy

    For every online purchase through the Internet safety measures and reasonable precautions are applied to prevent the loss, misuse and unauthorized access to your personal information under our control. In the name of the site and Infostud 3 doo group, we are committed to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary, basic information about customers / users and data necessary for business users and information in accordance with good business practices and to provide quality services. All data about users / buyers are strictly confidential and available only to employees who need such information to perform their duties. All the company staff Infostud 3 / site (and business partners) is responsible for complying with the principles of privacy protection.

  3. Method of protecting data during transactions

    Card payments are carried out in a protected bank server, so none of the Infostud’s or website employees has any access to credit card data, which is used for payment. The safety aspects in online transactions are essential to the success of Internet commerce, and special attention is dedicated to the safety which is reflected in:

    1. The implemented 3D secure technology standardized by the leading card systems Visa and Mastercard (Verified by Visa, Mastercard Secure Code).
    2. Use of PKI, digital certificates and SSL protocols for protected transfer of sensitive payment card data between the credit card user and the Bank.
    3. By entering your payment card details (card number, card expiration date, etc...) on the processor of credit cards website, Banka Intesa AD Beograd, to which the user is directed in the credit card purchase process, so website has no access to this data.
  4. Returns/complaints and refunds

    In the case of service complaint, by the customer, Infostud and the customer will determine by mutual agreement the most appropriate way to potential indemnification.     In case of acceptance of the complaint, the full amount of cash funds will be returned by the buyer within 15 days from the date of acceptance of the complaint.

    In case of cancellation of an order, notice must be submitted only in electronic form.

    In case of refund to the buyer, who previously paid by a payment card, in part or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, Infostud 3 d.o.o. is obliged to make/perform a refund solely through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the request of the seller, return the cash funds to the card user account.

  5. Service provision:

    All ads ordered via form for ads ordering (on form to 2pm will be published on the website on the same day (unless otherwise agreed with the client, or if there are objective reasons: for example, the ad content is not in accordance with the conditions of use, the customer has outstanding debts of previous ads, etc...) for not publishing ad.

    On Fridays, all ads received until 3pm are published on the same day. Ads arriving on Saturday and Sunday are published on Monday. Way of publishing ads is in accordance with the company's working hours (Monday through Friday, from 8am to 4pm).
