How does it work?
- Automatic ranking: the tool automatically ranks incoming applications, relying on information from the job ad and candidate CVs, connecting key elements such as work experience, skills, industry, and previous job responsibilities.
- Most relevant candidates at the top: see first the candidates who best match the job requirements.
- CV summary: Smart Sort generates a summary for each application, clearly showing whether and to what extent the candidate meets the requirements.
- Color coding: Applications are marked in green, yellow, or red, depending on whether the candidate has high, moderate, or low potential for the given position. This way, you can easily identify candidates with high potential.
